The PMS so far is great

The PMS so far is great. However, I just went live with it. This could not have been possible without the help of my Onboarding Specialist, Kana Gordon. She was AWESOME. She knew that I needed to go live before the end of the year, and I was going to be available only until 12/19 as I was going to be out of the country after that. She worked hard and made herself available to ensure that we could go live before my deadline. As much as I like the Hostfully platform, I like and recommend Kana Gordon anytime. She is the best.

Helpful Support

Great app, useful features, helpful support. Just finished a tech chat with Monica Dinh who was patient and helpful at finding a solution to a bug I was having with the interface. Live people to listen and problem solve in a friendly and a responsive way is a huge plus!

Not Renter Friendly

We have rented twice where the management uses Hostfully. It is terrible. We can never login and see our reservation. We reach out to Hostfully Customer Service and nothing get resolved and they just send us back to the management company. It is one big circle. May work great for the landowner/ manager but is terrible for the customer who is renting.

Ease of use

Ease of use. We use it to manage all of our properties and to list them on 16 different sites.
It allows easy communication with our clients and the help desk is great to deal with if we have any questions.

Lauren is knowledgeable and kind!

Lauren was amazing! friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. She helped me set up a parent/child listing and followed up to make sure I was all set. Couldn't be happier with her service! Give this girl a big bonus!
