I came back to Hostfully with a 2nd…

I came back to Hostfully with a 2nd attempt as I just needed to get my calendars protected from double bookings and theirs was the best value offer. My 1st experience ended back in June with some frustration over VRBO integration for my Swiss holiday rentals and some other tech issues. The same problem with VRBO persists but I knew that going in. I've left Hostfully again though as I had several more technical issues and I just found I was spending time and of course, money, for Hostfully to reduce my workload but I ended working on work-arounds all the time, every time I solved one issue, another would pop up soon after. The way support handled this last one broke the proverbial camel's back when Agus said 'It's on our radar but we can't offer a quick fix'. This over a small issue attaching photos to my check-in messages...an existing built-in feature. I can say that everyone's intentions are good, Kana, the super integration specialist provided endless direct assistance and kept the ball rolling more than once. Joseph is a kind and welcoming sales representative and I apply no fault to either of these professionals. The technical side is very disappointing though. 5 stars for Kana and Joseph, minus 2 stars for the programmers and tech support.

Kana Gordon is amazing!

I like Hostfully for the range of features and integrations as well as how very clearly they are making improvements for Property Managers. However, Hostfully would not be as good as it is without Kana Gordon.

She's been the most amazing onboarding support team member I've ever had and I love working with her. I won't speak to anyone else if I can avoid it.

Our Customer Success Manager

Our Customer Success Manager, Marcy Edgington, has been incredibly helpful in getting me up to speed with Hostfully as a new property manager. Even when I had technical difficulties during our Zoom call, Marcy was patient, thorough, and willing to do whatever was needed to answer my questions.

My only suggestion would be to consider extending Customer Success meetings to 45-minute time slots, as fitting everything into 30 minutes can be a bit challenging. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Thank you for creating such a user-friendly platform and for centralizing guest reservations from multiple booking sites in one place. It saves me so much time not having to log into Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and others individually. Hostfully has truly made managing reservations much easier.

A Reliable, Evolving Platform Backed by Outstanding Support

Hostfully has been a consistently strong partner in my short-term rental operations. What really makes the experience great is how well the platform brings everything together: strong integrations, reliable multi-channel support, and automations that genuinely save time every single day. Their customer support team is another major highlight. Frank Bosi and Kana Gordon, in particular, have been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping users succeed.

The company is also doing a great job continually improving the product. The interface feels modern and easy to navigate, and they clearly listen to customer feedback because updates and enhancements roll out regularly. Even when certain features aren’t perfect yet, it’s clear they’re actively working on them.

Overall, Hostfully strikes an excellent balance between powerful functionality and user-friendliness, and they’ve created a platform that works well whether you’re managing one property or many.

Detailed, quick responses

My questions are answered with accurate, detailed instructions that help me easily resolve my problem. Also, often , i am referred o other sources for further explanation which helps me better understand the situation.
