Their wordpress hosting is not up to…

Their wordpress hosting is not up to the mark.i wasn't able to work on my website for nearly 8 day's bcoz I wasn't able to import demo website for any wordpress theme . Later I had to suggest some edits to their php settings which solved my issue but still not optimistic about other hosting features.

Indeed, on the shared hosting plan your website uses, the PHP settings are fully configurable, so our users can customize them as per their website requirements.

Please note that in no way we aim to put you at fault for the situation. Our team has immediately contacted the theme developers as soon as you reported the issue to us on 12/04/2021, and we asked them the required PHP settings and some other additional information which might help to resolve the import issue. But we didn't received update from them, because you are using free WordPress themes, which customer service are usually slow or only has community support. As the issue is related to third-party theme import, so we hadn't much information regarding their PHP requirements, so we had to ask them for this.

Technical support is slow

Technical support is slow, very slow, if you have an emergency of inactivity on the site you will suffer. There is no emergency phone or chat. The extra backup service does not work. They will charge the first month with 15 days which makes the service more expensive. You are required to keep a credit card number.

We completely understand the importance of online presence nowadays and the need to trust a company. Unfortunately, because of the short amount of time during which you evaluated our services, you could not familiarize yourself with all of the perks our plans included, whether they relate to customer support experience or additional features.

Furthermore, we performed an in-depth review of your case (including your complete ticket history) and want to address your concerns accordingly.

Upon investigating your ticket communication, you have contact us regarding email sending issue to Yahoo mails, so we have immediately contacted Yahoo customer care and resolved the issue which caused some delay as Yahoo mail customer care only have email as a contact option, and it took exactly 4 days to resolve the issue by Yahoo engineers.

Another ticket is regarding early renewal. We have found our billing executive has already updated you that, our system create renewal invoice 14 days before the actual due date and send remainders over email, this is same for all billing cycles (monthly, annually, biannually or triannially). So, if you have linked your credit card it will be used to automatically renew the contract when the renewal invoice will be created.

Regarding your CodeGuard backup solution, we have checked the service, and found it's working properly without any issue. If you don't know how to manage, view or restore your backups, kindly follow the instructions: Login to Client Area >> Then Click on "Manage" Button.
