Customer Service is Slow to solve issues.
With this hosting company, you cannot use domains you have elsewhere without their customer support allowing you.
With any other hosting company, all you need to do is change the nameservers on the domains to the name servers of the host. With Hosticko, their nameservers will REFUSE your domains, until their customer service eventual is useful and allows it.
Customer service answers 1 time per day, and it's been 3 days (but it took me a week to realize why the DNS were propagating) , nothing yet, customer service can't do something as simple as unblocking a domain in a single request.
I need to get a website ready to sell items before Christmas , I've lost over a week because of them.

Issue is finally resolved, they told me to use different nameservers than the ones they initially told me to use.
As for the hosting itself, it's good and reliable. I just wish that I don't have to contact support whenever I need to use my domain for a website.
