I’m not a technical person and I was setting up a second website on my Managed WordPress plan, connecting a newly registered domain (diabetescarehelp.com). Jansen took the time to confirm exactly what I needed, asked the right questions, and then handled the entire DNS configuration himself — adding the A record and CNAME so I didn’t have to touch anything technical. He was friendly, patient, and crystal clear in his communication. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I have been with Hosting.com for around 15 years now and they have been consistently excellent. The servers have been fast and reliable, and anytime I have ever needed support, someone responded incredibly quickly and got the issue resolved almost immediately.
I manage a lot of websites and have dealt with enough hosting companies over the years to know how rare that consistency is. What I appreciate most is that support still feels human. You get the sense that someone is actually looking into the issue and trying to help rather than reading from a script.
After this long with such a solid experience, I genuinely have no reason to host anywhere else.

Exceptional support during a major website crisis!
We recently ran into a huge issue with two of our websites getting hacked. While we realize this can unfortunately happen to any site, the support we received was outstanding.
Marin, our support assistant, went completely above and beyond for us. He took the extra steps to keep us constantly updated, ran multiple security scans, and patiently worked with us to restore older backups until everything was functioning perfectly again.

Cream always rises to the top!
As a late bloomer in the real estate industry (now 85 years old), I have enjoyed a 37 year journey, which took me to the very pinnacle of Residential real estate success in 2001, but has also afforded me the ability to help countless good people along the way.
Knowing how important it is to “get your message out there”, five years ago, I decided I would design and build my own Website from scratch and chose a Hosting.com to help me in that process.
It was a phenomenal learning experience and it added great value to my marketing.
But beset by a variety of challenges this past year, somewhere along the way, my Website suddenly ceased to exist and I began a serious effort several weeks ago to reclaim it and put it back in operation.
But after calling tech-support a week ago, I was told that I had not actually operated my website at that location for some time…
A statement I knew to be untrue.
So today, I called back and this time had the good fortune to speak with "Kevin', who has been with the company for some time and after listening to my tale of work, he set about doing what those before him could not do, which was to research my history with the company, then call tech-support, and put them immediately to work.
And before the day was done, my business presence was back operational and serving the public again.
Kevin‘s commitment not only to his employer, but to the customers they serve, restored my faith that in a time of great stress in our country, good people still exist that do good work.
