The support is very knowledgeable about the technology and the process so I am comfortable about the quality of work. My only criticism is that I needed an email response on a ticket I created with a status report, so that I could have an idea of how long a migration would take. Sometimes communication and timing can be tricky but I am pleased with the rusults.

I've only twice had to use Support since getting set up with Hosting.com (or what used to be A2 before Hosting took over). When it moved to Hosting, I wondered if support would remain as good. I'm happy to report that it's been excellent, both the first time when I had to phone in with an urgent problem, and today when I did it via the web and the issue (not their fault) was sorted immediately.
