Paul from Support Literally Saved My Website

I had a very stressful situation where my website completely broke during a restore and I thought I had lost everything. I contacted support and was connected with Paul — and honestly, he saved my entire site.

He stayed patient, professional, and focused the whole time, and most importantly, he knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to restore my website properly and get everything back up and running when things looked really bad on my end.

Was given wrong dns info wrong twice so my domain never propagated. Lost my near 50.00 payment on vps. On that they give no refunds. I gave up on them. Will not renew. Had 3acccounts.

I recently had a VPS issue where the…

I recently had a VPS issue where the server load spiked and one of my hosted WordPress sites appeared to be under heavy automated attack. Their support team was responsive, courteous, and helped me investigate the situation while it was happening.

They confirmed which cPanel accounts were involved at different moments, helped reboot the VPS when needed, and escalated the issue so I could get more details from the next-level team. They also shared log information that helped me better understand what was going on.

What I appreciated most was that they stayed available and cooperative throughout the process. They did not have every answer immediately, but they were willing to check, escalate, and assist while I worked on the WordPress side.

Overall, it was a helpful support experience during a stressful incident.
