Possibly the biggest hosting scam company in history.
This host provider is using the 14 days money return to scam customers into trying out their service.
They basically try to ghost you, slow down their service will you are trying their handicap bare minimum system.
Which every basic function, you need to use a contact form to reach them just to request something.
They even ghost you with their dodgy chat.
Then, they have very unethical practice requiring you to cancel and get a refund even if you've cancelled before the 14 days money back period.
The service is so bad and they're so desperate for $$$, they just out there to grab unwary customers there money then do nothing.

Very fast and efficient setup. Good email Comms, and timely support call responses. Thought I could not cancel the service via PayPal app which led to frustration with support desk but identified I had to cancel subscription via full web access to PayPal.com. thought costs were a little high for higher spec VPS but appear industry competitive

We have provided you access to another control panel (on the free basis), that you were referring to.
Generally we have stopped providing shared webhosting services completely for the new customers, it's impossible to order it now on the website.
Shared webhosting is not our core business, we are focusing on VPS and Dedicated servers, where we have excellent service and quality, thus there was a strategic decision to stop offering shared webhosting services.
Nevertheless we will still continue providing this services for existing customers.

very bad
no offense but you are the worst hosting I have dealt with. Support has been silent for 2 days. Databases cannot be configured, the file manager does not work and there is no online manual. I will ask for my money back
