HostingDunyam Honest Review: I purchased 4 VPS servers and also paid for the support package. Unfortunately, the service has been very disappointing so far. Customer support is not helpful, responses are slow, and most of the time the answers are generic instead of actually fixing the issue.

The biggest problem is outbound SMTP on port 25. They keep saying “port 25 is open,” but it is only open locally on the server. Outbound connections to Gmail/Hotmail mail servers time out, and I confirmed with tcpdump that packets leave my VPS but never get a response. This means you cannot reliably send emails directly to Gmail, which makes the VPS useless for mail-related work. They refused to unblock outbound port 25 and did not provide a proper alternative solution.

Overall, I regret buying the support package. If you need real technical help or you need email delivery to work, I do not recommend this provider.

Instead of purchasing co-location services from Hosting Dünyam, you’d be better off throwing your money in the trash; at least that would be a wiser decision.
