They dont reply to tickets. Their SMTP fails most of the time and it take them 1 week to just reply a ticket. They also charge to your credit card without letting you know. It's not SCAM but it's a very bad service. It's cheap but it's bad.
Total scam. Lost 125 bucks for an smtp plan. Got an ip listed on 6 blacklists, support ticket deleted without reply or comment. Better throw your money out of the windows - it's less effort.
This guy is a scammer.
The VPS was unable to use.
I was not able to install the necessary software (PowerMTA), the reason was that the virtualization software on the VPS is too old. I have asked support, usually after creating a ticket, it took about 1 week to get a reply, but usually they asked for more information, after I added information, wait another week. After exchanging 3-4 times it took almost 1 month, I haven't used a single day.
In the end, they told me to renew my VPS then they would move to another server for me. I asked for a refund, according to their TOS, when I have not used it, I will get a full refund, but I have not received any further reply.
Be very careful they say UK but they are in Bangladesh 😡😱. All the money gone and the service not delivered as advertised. They also operate under another brand called servergroup.co.uk but that is just a front for their Bangladesh company which does all the transactions and doesn't provide you the service agreed. So you have no way of requesting a refund as they don't appear to understand consumer rights when they don't deliver the service advertised.
When we raised the refund issue due with their payment gateway (sslcommerz.com) which again is in Bangladesh, they just kept deferring the topic to them. So no money and no refund.
Proceed at your own risk and say goodbye to your money 🌪️💵.
