The best web hosting company I know of
I have used Hostmedia for a number of years to host a few websites. During those years I have enjoyed superb uptime, in fact I can recall only 2 occasions where services were interrupted due to a problem server side, and each time they were resolved swiftly.
One of the most vital areas in which Hostmedia excels is its support. Whenever I have had issues they help and keep me informed along the way. Issues I have had include attacks by third parties and Hostmedia step up quickly to help resolve the chaos caused, it really feels as if they are going above and beyond they duties.
Additional to that they have provided support when I have installed scripts, advising me of settings to allow the script to work as well as pointing out security needs.
In conclusion, I really feel that I will never have the need of an alternate web host while hostmedia such an outstanding job, and did I mention their prices are brilliant too?!

Great cost, great support, easy admin. what more do you need!
We have been through 3 low cost hosting companies in the last year and all have failed on poor support. Host Media is not one of them. Support is almost always within 24 hours and often much quicker. We have moved 3 sites over to them and if this continues, will move more of our sites over.
We will be looking for more advanced services from them in the future, and if they can support a £5 a year hosting with this great support, then we have confidence that more advanced services get same or better assistance. Highly recommended for existing small business, small online projects, or startups, particularly in UK.
