I have been scammed by this site
my mistake not reading the reviews about this site
because I saw them advertise in several forums, when I bought the domain they didn't process it
and my mistake was that I paid using perfectmoney which cannot dispute

100% scam, don't make any payment to them. you will get nothing. by GOD they are scam.

I decided to go with them for my domain and hosting because they accepted payments in crypto.

But that's where the positives end.

After paying for a hosting and domain package and receiving all receipts and confirmations of payment the package sat inactive in my account for 2 days and I couldn't use it. I contacted support twice. The first time they marked my ticket as closed with no response and my package was still inactive. The 2nd time they activated my products and again marked the ticket closed with no response.

After about a month their own website went down. But the message you see on screen when you try to visit hostbilling.net tells you your account has been suspended. When their website goes down so does your website. After an email exchange finding out what is going on they confirm their website is down and I should just wait until it's working again.

After another month their website went down again and so did my website. This time they did not respond to my emails at all and their website was down for a week. I couldn't get in touch with anyone about it. After a week their site suddenly came back up again but my website remained down.

I raised a few support tickets which all got no response. The tickets are still open now. In the end I had to transfer my domain away to hostinger.com which has been MUCH better and also accepts crypto payments.

No response from anyone at hostbilling about my website or a refund. I'm certain that their behaviour is illegal.

They have a terrible service with next to no support at all. Once you've sent your money you will likely be left with a partially working service and no chance of a refund.

Avoid at all costs. I had a much better experience with hostinger.com

its a scam ,my domain name still pending without reason ,no support ,don't wast your time and money

I have paid 3 time for the same service with Payeer because everytime they gave me an error that they didn't receive the money but the money were actual sent and I cannot do a chargeback. So after I paid triple my domain is not active and they don't answer to my support tickets!!!

ordered more than two weeks ago and no vps received... and no refund so I'll have to take this dispute to the payment processor...
