their service is so bad

their service is so bad. i will give them negative points they are taking advantage of my projects and they want me to buy anuall plan and i want to purchase monthly one. and they do not want to give me my projects data i have all screenshots of them! but i am not low as this company people i am not going to upload it as they have low standards making fun of users problems!
