very bad. i can not complete my invoice payment

I Love the way garry and alison fix the problem. I figure the time exactly when these both are available on chat and they fix my problem within seconds.

Used them for nearly 2 years, but when support was giving me canned (cut & paste) fesponses and not actually reading my support requests, I decided to dump them.

first time i found garry who assisted me so well and resolved my issue without any excuse thanks mr. garry

I haven't been with the company long enough to give a full 5*. However, I will tell you that Steven and Garry are awesome! Getting help is no longer a headache for me. Transferring website was awesome and not being talked down to like my previous host is great. They take their time and actually look into what is going on. I had the same issue yesterday and spoke to a woman working there and she was a little dismissive in my request, but today Garry picked it right back up and helped me. Thanks so much!!

there are others but one thing i noticed everytime, their support is worldclass and 24*7. best in suppport for any problem and thatswhy i am sticking to them
