I purchased some services from this provider for the sake of test, but they never sent me an email or any way of confirmation, I thought I'd wait for for a couple of days but no result, I opened multiple tickets they were ignored, their website is a ghost town, your server wont be deployed and the support won't reply, I have pending server for more than 10 days.
Hosting my sites for over 1 year now with them, never faced any issue so far. Fast reply on support tickets too.
My 1st year review. A good solid service, no problems or drama. The site and the cPanel interface are speedy for the price of the hosting. No cause for tickets, so no feedback on that.
