Disappointed with Unprofessional Service

I raised a support ticket on the 11th regarding an issue and was repeatedly told to "wait" without any meaningful updates. After several follow-ups, I was finally informed on the 14th that I should contact my domain provider — which, in this case, is completely irrelevant.

From my understanding, SSL certificates are typically managed by the hosting provider, not the domain registrar. The issue at hand is clearly related to hosting, and deflecting it to the domain provider is both incorrect and unhelpful.

Setting up a domain with hosting using nameservers is a basic and standard process. It shouldn't require unnecessary back-and-forth or delays. Referring to documentation for such a simple task feels like an excuse rather than a solution.

I've worked with this provider before, but unfortunately, the service quality has consistently been below expectations. At this point, I don’t see myself continuing with them in the future.

If you're offering a service, it's essential to have knowledgeable professionals who can resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. Without that, retaining customers will become increasingly difficult.

Very very Bad and worst hosting service in Bangladesh. Not recommendable at all. Fraud and cheater company. They offer 30 days money back guarantee but after 1 month suspend the hosting without any valid reason. Worst communication also.

Very Poor Service — Not Recommended

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from HostSeba. Their customer support is unresponsive and fails to provide timely assistance. Even after multiple attempts to contact them, I did not get proper help. The server performance is also far below expectations — I experienced several downtimes, which caused significant disruption to my work.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend HostSeba. I hope they improve the quality of their service in the future.

If you choose their hosting, be ready for a nightmare. Every single month you’ll end up begging their support for help, and the worst part? Their support is completely unavailable from 10 PM to 10 AM.
