HostLiberty is unusable now.
HostLiberty has never had a well-functioning client portal; it is very difficult to process payments and to make changes to payment details. But they had responsive customer service to help mitigate that. I don't know if it is related to the Skynet Hosting takeover but the customer service is now abysmal. I opened a ticket 3 days ago and I keep going to livechat where an agent with a fake name and photo keeps telling me that 'rest assured' someone in customer service will touch base with me today. Bald faced lies.
