Paid but VPS not provisioned and no customer support response

I purchased a VPS from Hoststack on 1 August 2026. The payment was processed successfully, but my VPS has still not been provisioned.

I opened a support ticket and also tried contacting them through live chat, but after several hours I had not received any response or acknowledgement. As a new customer, this was very disappointing because I expected at least a confirmation that my issue was being investigated.

I understand that technical issues can happen, but the lack of communication is the biggest concern. At the time of writing this review, I have paid for the service but have not received what I purchased.

I will update this review if Hoststack resolves the issue promptly or processes a refund.
