Hostway.com & Ullr.org Website

When I became the Ullr Ski Club webmaster in 2002, the website was already built on Hostway.com by the previous webmaster. I had never heard of Hostway, and used other ISPs for web hosting. But since the website already existed, I left it on Hostway. It is now 19 years later and the club is still on Hostway. Although there have been occasional glitches (as there always are with such things), I have had nothing but good experiences with Hostway. Over the 19 years the platform has been extremely stable. When glitches did occur, their Support folks responded quickly, professionally, and with good results. The service we have received has been exemplary, and the price of the service is very competitive. I would recommend Hostway to anyone setting up a website such as ours.

Always There, Always Excellent

There have been numerous issues with dropped signals from our internet provider. Sometimes it affects our Outlook Accounts/Company Email, hosted by Hostway.
We have always been amazed and grateful for the 24 hour support service, the amazingly knowledgeable support team, and most importantly, their professionalism, as well as polite and pleasant demeanor... EVERY TIME!
Thank you Hostway for providing Customer Service that is exceptional.

Satisfied customer of 22 years!

Hostway has hosted my Web site for more than two decades, during which time my site has never had any problems. Any time I have had technical questions, I have always received prompt help. Thank you Hostway.com! I appreciate the service you provide, and I recommend you.

Happy to be a Hostway customer!

I have been a hostway customer for over 10 years. Their customer service team is very helpful and quick to solve any questions I may have. I rarely need them, but I know if I do they are there for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Hostway always provide a great service…

Hostway always provide a great service with excellent choices. Typically Hostway provides great customer service and tech support as well. Rarely, yet it does happen, there is a glitch in the business end that requires more than one contact with Hostway.

Very pleased

We have used Hostway for quite a few years to host our business website and email system. In all that time we’ve only had a 2 or 3 relatively minor issues. Their customer support is very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend them.

Who do you trust?

I have used Hostway for a very long time, and I have never had any issues whatsoever with any aspect of the services they provide. Furthermore, I feel very confident in the safety and security of everything I have entrusted to this company, which in my eyes is inestimable in value.
You must consider that when contemplating where to entrust your business!

Internet technology isn't perfect and…

Internet technology isn't perfect and so much is happening that it is often we come across a road block. At times, these need to be resolved ASAP as some client or the other is breathing down our sorry necks. That's when a good hosting service can be invaluable. I am an average sort of guy and often there are issues way above my head. These guys at Hostway have always helped me and fast too.

Hostway treats me like I matter

I've been using Hostway for more than a decade now. While I'm just a small (personal use) customer with a couple of domains and a handful of exchange accounts - it certainly feels like they treat me like a large corporate. Customer service is always helpful, and the service itself is fabulous.

Our Church emails were with Spectrum…

Our Church emails were with Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Business) for several years. When Spectrum decided to stop hosting they sent an email to that effect. Trying to deal with Spectrum was almost impossible because they insisted they did not host the mail. Find out they (while still TWC) had contracted with Mimecast for hosting. Mimecast wouldn't release records because their deal was with Time Warner Cable. Finally, a Hostway representative took the time (and a lot of it) to straighten out the mess and get all the MX records and addresses switched. Mail has worked flawlessly since then. We could not be more pleased.
