These individuals appear to be running a scam. I strongly advise against purchasing from them. After buying their service and using it for just one or two days, they reset your password without your permission, leaving you unable to access what you paid for. This behavior is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their reliability and trustworthiness.

They will provide you with one price, but when it's time to pay, they will charge you extra. They will not tell you how much will it cost in advance, so you'll just have to pay or lose service.

I paid automatic incurring bill, after which I received an e-mail from third party (NameCheap) that my domain is not going to be renewed. After this, I had to ask support to bill me second time, which you botched and I had to pay third time. More than that, your support agent stated wrong annual price during my first purchase, so the bill raised unexpectedly.

The pricing itself might be the fault of the TLD owners, but least you could do is provide an accurate pricing. Why am I learning about billing issues from third parties? Why should I chase you to pay money? Why should I not know the pricing in advance?

I was a customer of HostZealot for several years and used multiple VPS servers with them. Unfortunately, my experience ended very poorly.

Out of the blue, my VPS servers were suspended because the IP address appeared on a Spamhaus list. However, the reason for this was simply that the server hostname was not configured as a fully qualified domain name (FQDN). In other words, it was just a DNS configuration issue, not spam activity.

After I explained this to them, the server was restarted. However, shortly afterwards it was automatically suspended again for exactly the same reason. The same thing happened with other servers as well.

Since it was clear that this situation was not workable, I asked them to at least stop the automatic renewal of those VPS servers. Instead, they completely deleted the servers even though several months of service had already been paid for.

What made this even worse is that I was not even given the opportunity to recover my data before the servers were deleted.

Instead of working together to resolve what was essentially a minor DNS configuration issue, they repeatedly suspended the servers and ultimately removed them while the services were still paid for.

For me, this was a very disappointing experience and an example of very poor customer handling.

I bought a VPS, but by mistake I selected a country outside of Europe. I requested a change the same day and they want to charge me €5, when the one I had cost me more because it was in Dubai, outside of Europe.

After cancelling the hosting service they continued to take money using paypal recurring charges Yet they did not issue any invoices within their portal.
Update - after requesting refund the full amount for the 5 months was refunded on the same day.
