Great customer service team
I bought the hotbin online after the Chelsea Flower Show and it was delivered quickly as promised. Sadly, the product itself was not right for me and I have now returned it. Customer service was good although I had pay £40 for the delivery/collection. All round, service was very good. Thank you.

Just remember that your first batch of HOTBIN compost will always be the roughest batch as you've added the waste to a cold bin but you will start to good quality general purpose compost in your second and third batch's.

Not impressed with the straps
Not impressed with the straps, no instructions how to do them up correctly and isn’t possible to get them tight.
Don’t tell me to look at U tube! I have done that.

If you are struggling to get the strap tight then you can always try wedging a piece of wood in-between the the HOTBIN and strap to fill the gap.
