When I decided too go with a web page, I was very skeptical because of the fact that I know very little about computers, much less how to design, or manage a site once it went up. When I contacted Hotdoodle, I was told that they would take care of every aspect of the design, and when the site went live, there would be step by step instructions, how to video's and, if I still needed help making or managing the site after it went live, they would be there too assist me. The entire experience was, from start too finish, exactly the way that they promised. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, thorough experience. If you need a design team too build your web page, I would highly recommend the folks at Hotdoodle.

Thanks to Erin who helped us convey our associations message and give our website a fresh new look. I have done a little editing already (additions mostly) and although there are so many editing options that I don't understand yet I see there are video tutorials and I want to learn more so I think we'll do fine.

The only honest company I worked with reguarding my issues making a website,

I am very satisfied with the work that my designer Dino did. He was very responsive and complied with all my requests. The final product is a very clean, well laid out website that I hope will convert customers from looking at the site to calling us for services. Before you begin the process, know that you will be providing all of the copy and information for the site so be prepared. The 30 day window comes very fast so prepare all of your copy before committing to a site. Also be aware that they use Hotdoodle specific framework so you will not be able to transfer the hosting somewhere else. This means that you will be paying them to host and for the domain name for the life of your website. Not necessarily a bad thing, just something that you should know as they won't discuss this with you prior to signing up.

Hotdoodle offers a great product. My experience from the first conversation to the last email was GREAT! I am very happy with my site and the ease of working with this crew! THANKS

I had a great experience from beginning to end with my designer Mike Luo. I explained to him what my vision was and he nailed it. Any changes or revisions that I requested, he executed them to a T. I could not be happier and I'm glad I chose to use this company for my website design. Thanks again Mike for doing an awesome job and for being so courteous, prompt and professional.

I am old school and understand very little about web design. I had an idea of what I wanted but could not have done it without Hotdoodle and designer Jeffrey Fong. I would absolutely recommend their service to friends. Their service was fast and professional. Jeffrey responded to every email I sent him the same day. My website was finished ahead of schedule and is better than I had hoped.

WE SELECTED A STYLE AND PROVIDED ARTIST WITH COPY AS WELL AS FORMATTED DESIGNED MENUS WITH COLOR SCHEMES LOGOS TYPEFACES ETC. IN RETURN WE WERE PROVIDED WITH BASICALLY GALLEYS OF TYPE WITH ZERO STYLE .OUR CURRENT WEB SITE IS STILL UP AND FRANKLY ITS MORE APPEALING THAN THE ONE YOU JUST PRODUCED EVIDENTLY MR FONG HAS TECHNICAL SAVVY BUT LACKS IN THE CREATIVE AREA BY NO MEANS A GRAPHIC DESIGNER.. WE PAID FOR A CUSTOM WEBSITE NOT FOR A SIMPLE TYPING JOB!
