Top split open. Side gaping hole. Contents fell out of the bottom of the carton.
Fortunately, none of the contents were damaged or missing ( apart from being damp )

Please in future take photos and report the matter to us.
No point leaving a review like that as naturally all items leave here in pristine condition in brand new or Grade A recycled cardboard outer boxes.
Regrettably, we cannot control what happens from ours to yours and sometimes the couriers are a touch heavy handed.
