Excellent partnership with Expedia

Excellent partnership with Expedia. They are conveniently located with equidistant from Louvre and Eiffel tower. They agreed to a last minute booking. Very clean place with good internet and many restaurants, convenience stores, transportation options close by. The only reason for no 5 star:
1. They over charge for 'garden view' without any additional perks (we didn't have a choice and thus had to accept)
2. They don't have a restaurant for late night - room service available
