Internet scammers. Do not trust. They send out unsolicited phishing emails to hotels offering customised review certificates and stickers for a fee. Genuine hotel booking platforms (like Booking and Expedia) offer these for free! Block them and move on with your life.
Scammers who claim you having won a rating and try to sell you advertising stickers. I've never used them. A search for accommodation on their website just brings up the same list no matter where you search. And they can't spell accommodation.
Scammers who illegally add your business email address to their marketing database without consent and then send repeated unsolicted emails with offers and requests to purchase things from them, under the guise of claiming they've (whoever they are) awarded your business. I have no business dealings with this organisation, nor do I list on their alleged platform. Block and ignore - they are another scam. Requests to remove my email address, result in automated responses claiming they have excessive emails and wait time for response is over 7 days.... attempting to create the impression that they are a legitimate business and too busy to respond.
I paid for a rating certificate but it never arrived and company do not respond to emails sent. I suspect they are scammers
