Total scam

Total scam. Told them I was stranded at Hartsfield Airport in Atlanta. They then booked a stay in Hartsfield, Connecticut and as they read the address I corrected them. They said not to worry my stay wouldn’t be charged yet the hotel company in Hartsfield did process payment as did this scam booking company for their processing fee. They could not find a hotel in Atlanta. When I called to dispute charges they said they would review call record. They finally sent email saying I had authorized booking and no refund. They should be shut down. Avoid like the plague!

Awful company

Awful company. I have spoken to 3 different customer service assistants and been lied to by all of them. The hotel I booked with them falsely advertised their location which was noticed within 10 minutes of making the booking. I contacted them as soon as I noticed to be told I would be contacted within 24 hours. 2 days later and still no news so I contacted them again while on the phone to the hotel trying to resolve the issue and was told by the customer service assistant that they had sent emails and made phone calls with the hotel telling me that they hadn’t received any communication.
