Rojales has always been an enjoyable holiday location for our family. We came here on a very cheap deal not expecting too much, but the facilities were clean and the staff were very friendly. Cheap activities for the kids and not too far a drive from anywhere.

Wanted to play mini golf. But when we had payed the 2,5 € per person (children same price) we were given normal golf balls and beach tennis balls to play with. When we got to the minigolf courses , we saw, that they were made of smooth concrete. Imagine how well this goes with normal golf balls. (Impossible, since they just bounce off the courses all the time). so we had to try the light beachtennis balls. The courses were wet from the rain, so the balls came to a complete stop every time they made contact with the water. And if not stopped by the water, the wind would just blow them aside.
So after about 2 minutes of play we concluded, that this wasn´t worth or time or money. We went to the hotel to get a refund. The waiter told us to wait for the manager before we could get our refund (the waiter barely spoke english, so communication was quite bad). So after waiting about 15 minutes the manager came. She refused to give a refund. She said they would swipe the golfcourses. I tried explaining that their minigolf equipment didn't go well with any kind of weather and we couldn't play golf with beachtennis balls... but to no avail. No refund. no understaniding of our kids now waiting in the car the last 15-20 minutes. No service whatsoever. I am very disapointed and will never go back to this hotel.
