Splendid
We originally booked one night but decided to stay another — it was simply too good to leave. Everything was handled smoothly and with such grace by Isabelle, who is an absolute star. She combines warmth, professionalism, and that rare sense of old-school etiquette you hardly find anymore.
The hotel itself has real character — cozy, atmospheric, and full of charm. It reminded me of some of the smaller boutique hotels I’ve stayed at in Paris. The location is perfect, close to the historic center, with beautiful views from the windows. Breakfast was excellent — not over the top, but perfectly curated, with everything done just right (even the eggs, sunny side up).
In a world full of generic, soulless chain hotels that feel like business-conference purgatory, this place stands out as a reminder that hospitality can still have heart.
Kudos to Isabelle and the team — people like her make all the difference.
