They sell cheap, products without a good quality.
If you want to return the products because your are not happy with the smell or quality they tell you they don´t accept returns. They also tell you if you want to send it back the costs of shipping are higher than the worth of the products.
Please don´t buy something here. You won´t be happy with it. :(

We would like to clarify some points regarding your experience. When you contacted us about returning the shampoo and shower gel dispensers, we explained that, according to European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), purchases made with a VAT number are not entitled to a withdrawal. However, to accommodate your needs, we made an exception and offered you the opportunity to return the products, applying the right of withdrawal as if you were a private customer.
As for the shipping costs, these are the customer's responsibility, as established by European regulations. The shipping cost depends on the courier chosen for the return and is not determined by us.
