HotelsCasa is an independent online travel platform based in Valencia, Spain, working worldwide. In one place travellers can book hotels and apartments (more than 2.5 million properties), villas and homes listed directly by their owners, car, motorbike and scooter rental, cars with driver, airport transfers and taxis, excursions, tours and tickets, flights and travel eSIM data plans. The whole site works in 16 languages. What makes us different is the way we treat the people who provide the service. Hotels, villa owners, car rental companies, tour organisers and drivers get their own page on HotelsCasa, a free partner account with calendar, bookings and chat, and a single fixed commission: 5% for car rental, 10% for excursions. No subscriptions, no setup fees, no exclusivity. The customer pays the provider directly for most of the service and HotelsCasa only keeps its commission, so prices stay the same as on the provider's own website. For travellers this means direct contact with the company that actually rents the car or runs the tour, clear prices with no hidden extras, online payment protected by Stripe or PayPal, and support by email with a reply within hours, not days. Every booking confirmation includes the provider's contact details and the exact amount to pay on arrival. We are a small team and we read every review.
