I recently tried this protein product, and i must say i was very satisfied. The taste was surprisingly good. It also mixed easily in water and milk without leaving any lumps. Overall, it’s a great addition to my diet for muscle recovery and overall health. Definitely a recommendation for anyone looking for a tasty and effective protein source
