Do not trust

Literally lied about post office tracking being out, took them almost full week to get and I’m in Alberta, I coulda walked there faster and then charge 26$ for shipping is ludicrous!! I’ll be sticking with cheapbuds and BCBX they can actually handle the volume, also they send free pre roles and gifts and you get points, Hotgrass you’re a liar and just lost a lot of business!! Boycott!!

No order in sight.

I've been a customer for a few years now and I've never had a problem before this past week. I placed an order on Monday and today is Friday and I still haven't received a tracking number, I was told WEDNESDAY that it "should be sent out today"because they were having "problems" with Canada Post picking up packages and"security reasons" prevented them from dropping them off at the post office lol. There's nothing on their website mentioning delays, and now they're not responding to my emails. I am beyond disgusted with my treatment and because of this I can't recommend them in the future. They've also lost a long time customer due to their just not caring. Save your money and buy your cannabis from someone who cares instead.

It’s Really That Good

I’ve been with Hotgrass for 2 years now and I don’t plan on switching anytime soon. Fast, affordable, convenient. Never had miscommunication’s with them. On the rare occasion I have had to speak to them, they’ve been nothing but kind and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try something different from the dispensary (Defiantly more variety on Hotgrass).

Honest folks, good weed

I would give 5 because they are reliable and prompt. You get what you paid for and then some. I’ve been buying from hot grass since weed was legal. My only knock is sometimes on their ounces they don’t show the % THC

Ridiculously low prices. Great quality and selection. You would have to be nuts to not at least take a look. The sale offer are ridiculously ridiculous. Not bunk. Great quality! Even quads ridiculously priced. And yay, they carry azzies. Real ones. 5* review
