WHIRLPOOL UNSAFE PRODUCT RECALL

I bought my washing machine in 2015 and all seemed to be well. Out of the blue an email came through or letter I can not remember how they contacted me recalling the machine due to an electrical fault (GRENFELL TOWER). Well COVID-19 happened and I was without a machine for A considerable amount of time, which is a nightmare when you have messy children of all ages. I did not want a new machine, but my money back due to the reason it was being TAKEN AWAY FROM ME! They refused and bullied me in to accepting a new machine. It was fitted in 2021. I noticed parts were coming loose and sent an email, but got no reply - I never noticed this before that the drum of the machine was not solid, but made up of plastic bits. Well! They have come loose and fell off. I contacted the customer service who said I had to pay, but a washing machine should last 10 years - if they are offering parts up to ten years what does this tell you about the company and their goods? I have bought Whirlpool, hotpoint in the past and really they are not up to scratch - you are better off going to IKEA or buying the NEFF/Bosh or AEG. After sending emails and calling them - again told I had to pay. They gave me the machine - I never picked this machine and was told like it or lump it by the Whirlpool team who now own or these naff HOTPOINT/INDESET/WHIRPOOL and so on. I am now gong trading standards, as they have not bothered to contact me after I sent them complaints - emails and fobbed me off over the phone. I do not do calls with this company any more due to the bullying tactics they use. STAY CLEAR OF THESE PRODUCTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND FINANCES! Please note my order number on the time of purchase as there is no where to put it in the boxes:
