Sauna purchased 4 weeks ago and Hot rock saunas cancelled the order for no reason. After the refund was finally received I ordered the sauna again 2 weeks ago. Sauna has not yet delivered despite being told via their online "chat" that it would arrive last Friday, the 29th. Zero communication on delivery, their online chat is now not available, I've sent two emails with no reply and their +1 (205) 813-3439 number on their website is not connected. Very poor experience, we will see if the sauna arrives or if someone cares to respond and provide an update of my order & delivery.

probably a scam
I ordered an infrared sauna on July 15th, 2022 and my credit card got charged $ 1,896.00 the same day.
I also got an order confirmation the same day and was informed to call 205-813-3439 if the product does not show up within 10 days. That's what I did on July 25th and every day since, but the phone number is not a working number. No response on my calls and no response on my emails asking for a tracking number. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Terrible service
The service at Hot Rocks Sauna is absolutely terrible. They don't answer chat, phone or email. I'm getting ready to report them as fraudulent.
