Poor inventory control and will not refund money when they owe it.

Said they didnt have all the hotsauces I ordered and already paid for off their website. Asked me if I wanted a refund on the missing sauces or if I wanted to pick different saucss as substitute. I picked different sauces. They then said they didnt have those sauces in stock either. I said ok ship what you have and refund what you dont send. They shipped what they had and now wont respond to multiple requests for the refund they owe. Ill open a case with paypal, so hotsauce.com will pay but what an annoyance and why are they selling and letting a person pay for, sauces they dont have!
