I was over charged for the size I…

I was over charged for the size I ordered. It had a cracked switch & didn’t come with a color changing remote!!!! Stay away- I should have been compensated 59.99 not 10% or 10.00!

So gross

So gross. After the bank finally disputed the transaction (got nothing from the company, not even a confirmation email or tracking number over 6 weeks) and they disputed it back at the bank after the 10day period post claim submission. No idea how they could do it because we still have NOTHING. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.!

$168 DOLLARS STOLEN.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

It took 6 weeks and several emails and it finally arrived. It is nothing like the description, it is cheap and I'm ashamed to give it to my grandson. I ordered the godzilla blowing flames at a city and it was to glow different colors. I got a godzilla blowing out 4 match sticks and will only glow blue. I am so disappointed and what a waste of $140. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, WASTE OF TIME MONEY AND FULL OF REGRETS

Website screenshot don't match product received.

Products on website absolutely do not match products you get.

See that nice resin godzilla lamp? Notice the nice details and work inside, notice how deep it is?

You're not getting that.

What you will actually receive is something that looks like it was thrown together quickly, missing lots of details (foaming round the feet in the water, etc, etc) and generally looks bland AF. Also it's nowhere near as deep as it is in the picture. That dimension is almost halved.

Also the see the wooden base on their website which is bevelled and varnished? You're not getting that either. You'll get a bit of MDF cut to size and that's you're lot.

Scam company. Avoid. This is how you lose customers. Either provide EXACTLY what is on your website screenshots, or don't bother.

They are fraudulent and ships in 3 days is an oxymoron 😂😂 you will not see your product.

They will not reimburse you and will take your money quicker than the sinking of the Titanic.

Keep well clear of their fake promises

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel that I need to warn customers of the potential chase up you have to do to get less then what you ordered with less then satisfactory product. I purchased 3 lamps in November. After countless emails I finally received one piece in March and then one in April. After a month I contacted them again to find that they had believed they had already dispatched all the lamps and the one missing in the first delivery. This was after I had contacted them saying I had only received one lamp where was my other 2 on March! The lamps were bad work and they had used white glue everywhere which was very evident and took away from what should have been a beautiful lamp. It’s almost August and I’m still waiting for the third lamp…. If your thinking about buying from these guys don’t or you’ll spend almost a year of chasing up what you purchased and still not get what you ordered.

Never received items

I placed an order of 7 items in November 2022 I received 1 item in May 2023 it is now July 2023 and still have not received the rest of my items. I have requested several times for a refund and they have not responded to me.

I got a refund from Hotsgift after waiting 6 months for my order

I ordered one of the diver lamps online on 26 December 2022 and as of May 2023 I didn't receive it. I kept in touch with Hotsgift with emails and they kept replying saying "please give us a few more weeks", "a couple of days" but nothing was delivered. I waited six months and still received nothing. However, the other day I politely asked Hotsgift to refund my money to me as I didn't want to wait any longer. I thought I'd been scammed, however, Hotsgift kindly refunded me the total amount of my order. Had the website said there is a very long wait for items to be delivered I wouldn't have bought from them. Online companies need to be honest; if they can't supply the goods, don't advertise they can!

Update - got my light! And it's beautiful!Same boat...maybe better outcome??

UPDATE!! I JUST RECEIVED MY LIGHT!! 😲 It is beautiful, my hubby is loving it! Amazed it made it in one piece th way it was packed and traveled all the way from China! 6 months is crazy, but thankful it wasn't a scam!! Hang in there gang!!

Just as others in this review, I have not received my light. But I have kept in contact with cstomer service, and given the same idle hopes and pleads to give them more time. I was just about to pull the plug when they provided me with a tracking number....estimated time of delivery is 5/5....we'll see...I'll keep y'all posted

Note to self: check trustpilot before a purchase!

Note to self: go read trustpilot before ordering from a new website!!!

Needless to say, here I am as all of the other people that fell for those beautiful (but non existing) products.

Too bad was a present that should have been a surprise to my brother. Now waiting PayPal to get the money back to me.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! Terrible company! Do not order from them. We ordered in December and still have not received the lamp or even correspondence back from our last email to them. I’ll be reaching out to my CC company and they better not pull that orders canceled after 48 hours nonsense with me. I’m reaching out to the BBB and posting all over social media! You should do so as well! Let’s try to get these people shut down and save others from being scammed!

Exactly the same experience as others

Exactly the same experience as others. Saw the ad on Facebook in December of those sick scuba resin lamps and placed an order for two. I got the same updates about delays (materials, back ordered, lunar new year, COVID, etc.). They kept saying it will ship in a few weeks so I gave them until the end of February and haven’t heard anything. I’ll be going to my credit card company to get my money back.

Too good to be true I guess… Sad, the lamps are really awesome.

Its a Scam

I've same experience as everyone else. Three months with no scuba lamp and excuses about production delays. I continued to see the item advertised on Facebook as a Valentines Day gift even though they cant fulfill orders from Christmas. I contested and received a refund from AMEX. I received the following email from Joy regarding the return policy after they discovered I disputed the item.

1. Order canceled in 24 hours is free of charge.
2. Orders canceled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of the product purchase price.
3. Orders canceled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
We hope you will think it over again. We strongly recommend that you keep your order.
Please don't miss such a wonderful opportunity. You can use it as a holiday gift for the future.
But the final decision is yours and we respect it very much.

Not trustworthy

Ordered a Christmas gift in November of 2022, they keep asking me to wait for shipment, it is now end of February and still no shipment confirmation even.
