Horrible business! I spent over $100 on shoes and they broke immediately when I tried them on. No one replies in the customer service email. Someone needs to sue this company, who's with me?

Horrible quality-nothing like picture.. Promised to send me partial refund but have not received. Been over 4 weeks and no response.

I ordered three items before reading any reviews. I wish I would have taken the time to investigate first! I tried to send my items back but the warehouse is in China and would cost ten times as much as what I paid for the items. The customer service department would refund $15.00 per item. Even though it doesn't replace the amount that I paid for each item, it was some refund. I've been waiting for my refund for months. This place is such a scam. Do not order anything.

I would also give a ZERO IF POSSIBLE!! All the reviews are accurate and the same things happened to me when I ordered 2 holiday sweatshirts. Took a long time to arrive and then the product was very POORLY MADE! When asked about how to return, it was the same as the other cases on this review. It’s crazy expensive to ship back to china and they don’t refund you the entire amount for any of it. So now I’m out $84 for 2 shirts that look like they cost maybe $5!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT READING THESE REVIEWS 1st!!!!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could! Never received item. They kept telling me not to worry that it was restocking and would be shipping within a couple of days...NEVER DID! I asked them to pay for upgraded shipping once it did ship and they sent me a bill of an extra $20 to upgrade the shipping (I didn't pay) and they still have not shipped the item. It is over a month and a half and have not received item or any info about shipping or delays. They are terrible at communicating and customer service. Thankfully, I was able to file a complaint & get a refund from PayPal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered 3 items. Was told 2 were shipping and I was backordered. 1 arrived. I emailed immediately that I was missing a item and they kept saying "don't worry". Told them to cancel 3rd item and credit me for item I did not receive. They shipped the 3rd item and will still not answer about the missing 2nd item which is now removed from their website. Worst customer service ever and you can not get a straight answer nor refund.

accept their offer of $15.00 and keep the fake converse they sent!!!
2. accept their offer for a full refund $47.98 and send fake converses all the way to china, they refused to provide shipping label!! UPS AND USPS CHARGE WAS $50.00 TO SEND BACK!! PARCEL MONKEY RECCOMENDED BY PayPal CHARGED $27.00 because I refused to pay $27.00 dollars on parcel monkey (cheapest shipping anywhere) to ship back a cheap pair of sneakers I never ordered all the way back to china!!! I would have only profited $20.00 of my $47.98 PayPal offered to refund me. I WAS SURPRISED PAYPAL FELL FOR THIS!! UPS SAID THE ADDRESS WASNT FOUND! IT HAD TO BE CONVERTED TO ENGLISH!! OH WELL THEY WERE ABLE TO FOOL PAYPAL. ALL I KNOW IS BUYER BE WARE!.LOOK TO SEE WHERE CRAPE IS COMING FROM!! UNLESS ITS FROM AMAZON, THEY WILL LOOK OUT FOR YOU!

Cheaply made!! China so you can’t return anything! I tried but just because I thought they were cheaply made wasn’t good enough, so no returns!!!!

5-31-24. The dresses look like cotton but are actually 100% polyester. Ok, I saw that but I expected it to look like the picture not like a picture of the pictures printed on the dress. It looks like a Wal-Mart polyester pajama shirt.

Do not order from this company everything is made in China and so small. I ordered an extra size bigger and I could hardly get it on. It looked like it was an extra small pair of pants and I ordered two pair. I should’ve read the reviews before I ordered anything do not order from this company. There’s no instructions on returns or refunds have to chalk it up to my stupidity of ordering from a place in China.

I have ordered and have not received anything but trust and believe, they took my money... I've ordered the same things off of Temu so that should tell you this site is a scam. Temu is not a scam but this site is!! DON'T DO IT!!!

I bought a pair of earrings and one was much longer than the other. Can't even find how to return them.

If I can give this FAKE store -00000 I would. I ordered a blouse, and it took about 5 weeks to come, once it arrived it was the cheapest looking blouse I have ever seen, the fabric was not what they advertised, the blouse look like a 2-year-old had sewn it while they were sleep. I immediately asked for a refund since they state on their FB page and website to order with confidence as they are located in OK and have easy returns. NOT, they are located in Shanghai. They told me to send them pictures of blouse and I did.
They then said they will give me $15; I said no I want my full refund. They then said I have to send it to Shanghai for return and it had to be within the next 5 days to get refund. I reached out to them via email and IM on FB, they then blocked me on FB. DO NOT ORDER from this company. It is a scam; I have reported them to BBB. I am so sick of these scammers!! The quality of their clothes is hideous!!

First time shopper, received 3 dresses and all 3 were perfect. Im 59 and finally found some age-appropriate dresses that are trendy and fun. Im a very happy customer!!!!

There is nothing good to say about Hot SHE Fashion. I placed an order 1/25/24. They did NOT send me a black blouse I ordered. I have emailed them and have gotten NO REPLY!! I told them to just refund my money. I do not want the blouse; I want my money back. I will be taking this further to get my $34.99 back. I do NOT appreciate being taken advantage of and I have placed my first and last order to Hot She Fashion. They will SCAM you!! Linda Adams

Nothing new to add them what I just read and all of the other reviews. I wish I would’ve seen this before I placed the order. I have emailed them about returns. I can’t find the information anywhere. None of the items I ordered look anything like the photos. For example, the glitter shamrock shirt is just a picture overlay it’s not real shimmer. I also ordered a pink sweater with sequin hearts on it, and same thing not real sequins just plain overlay on cheap nylon fabric. Not even a sweater!! What a huge disappointment and waste of money. These people ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Scam! Will not return money and did not receive purchase. Do not trust them. Don’t reply to

Do not buy from this business. Their clothes are made in China but are very inferior. And, what's shown on their website or Instagram account may be replaced with inferior fabric and not accurate represent what is shown online. And, to return items, the company will try to get you to take a replacement instead of returning the clothing. Also you have to return the items to Shanghai China at your expense and you know that expense will be higher than shipping to any place in the US. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are many other companies like Hotshefashion on Instagram. Beware. The clothes look great in the photos but are not the quality that you see.

Scammers! Disgusting, cheap, and ugly clothes from China. How can they get away with their scamming? They say they are based in US, but they are in China. As others have stated, if you request a refund, they give you the run around before they gaslight you. Emails sent to them do not get the result you want. I bought 3 tops that were so ugly that I feel ashamed to even GIVE them away. Awful, awful experience!!!
