Initially experienced excellent communication and information from Claire via What's App - with clear email follow up.

Mike arrived promptly to carry out the service of my 5 year old hot tub. So friendly, informative and a pleasure to have on site. Hot tub is gleaming and running better than ever. Managed to fix a couple of leaking seals and advised of all maintenance carried out.

A definite 5🌟+ from me - thank you both for such a positive experience.

Outstanding Service From Start to Finish!

From start to finish, the service from Jacuzzi Hot Tub Liverpool was absolutely amazing. Mike, in particular, was fantastic — he gave me a clear and concise price and timeline, and truly went above and beyond to fit me into his busy schedule.

The Mike and Dan even removed my gate and did everything necessary to get the hot tub out, and incredibly, they didn’t charge me anything extra for all that additional work. Their communication throughout was excellent, the price was very fair, and the level of professionalism was second to none.

They are genuinely such nice people and such a great company to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. A brilliant experience all round!

From calling in to their sales office to getting the tub lifted over our roof and then fitted, the team at this company were outstanding. Their professionalism, expertise and knowledge about all things hot tubs is just incredible. I am one thoroughly satisfied customer and so is my family. Happy days.

We have been looking for a Hot Tub for a while and navigated our way through the plethora of available tubs. We fine tuned the important things to have and set about finding what we wanted from the plethora of available traders. We live in Cheshire and many of the companies were a long way from our home and didn't necessarily have what we wanted in their show room - or, didn't have a showroom at all. We found Hot Tub Liverpool online and sent a quick email to check the model we wanted was on display. Once we knew it was, we went to view it and reserved it by paying a deposit. The balance being due on the day of delivery.

We'd had a prompt and efficient exchange of emails with Claire so we felt we were dealing with a reputable company for the outset. We met Claire at the showroom and she was able to either answer all our questions herself or double check with Mike. We really appreciated this double checking as it reinforced that we were dealing with a quality company. We paid our deposit, agreed a delivery and installation date and went home to wait...

On the day of delivery Mike and Dan arrived early in the day to set up the hot tub. We had previously sent a video and photos of the location and electrics so all went smoothly. Within no time at all, the tub was commissioned and filled. Mike & Dan explained the chemical treatment and gave us confidence that we would soon get the hang of it.

The tub has been installed for four days now and we absolutely LOVE IT!!! I've used it daily and I wish I had bought one many years ago. I am amazed at how quiet it is. Even when it's running in use it is still very quiet and the rest of the time it is still very quiet. It has the R10 insulation which must help with noise as well as retaining heat.

Hot Tub Liverpool are a very professional company in my opinion. If they don't have the answer straight away they check. There was no 'hard sell' - which to be fair, the hot tubs are such good quality that they really sell themselves. If you have done your research, have a good idea of what you want and the prices and availability of other suppliers then you will know that this is a good company from the first contact.

Claire, Mike and Dan work hard as a great team and we really enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. We also know that if we have any questions that they will do their best to help us.

From start to installation the service was exemplary. Initial enquires, to pre inspection visit, installation with excellent support and guidance the staff at Liverpool Hit Tub were first class.

Brilliant service, nothing too much trouble. When spending this kind of money, you need the confidence of the company you are dealing with, and Mike, Dan and Claire have given 110%.

Was having a problem to get my hot tub moved from Southport to Rainhill. Call this company and from the phone call to Claire to the lads doing the job was nothing more than perfect. What a professional company. And so very friendly anything I need will be using them again. Price very reasonable and all the staff fantastic.

Great service from start to finish. From going to the showroom speaking to Claire, who was so helpful to making our purchase with Dan again so helpful & knowledgeable, to installation day. Installation went like a dream. Mike & Dan sighted our hot tub exactly where I wanted it. Dan then explained how to operate the hot tub, with clear easy, simple to follow instruction.
The level of professionalism from the whole team was outstanding nothing was too much & all questions answered clearly & patiently.

Excellent service from start to finish. Dan was very helpful in the showroom, and the delivery and installation of the hot tub was seamless. The level of detail given to us about cleaning and operating the hot tub was superb!. I cant recommend this team highly enough!!.. fantastic! 👍🤩

Lovely team to deal with, very empathetic. They gave advice beyond the hot tub itself, e.g I was buying for a rental and they advised me to get the tenant to sign a waiver. The whole purchase and installation was stress free. I would definitely buy from them again.

It was a great experience from the start of looking to buy a Hot Tub to installation. We arrived at show room and were met and introduced to Claire, there was no hard sell, no pushing us to make a purchase just honest and open advice and help, having decided on the one we wanted to purchase a date was agreed for installation as you can imagine once you leave the showroom you remember lots of questions you should have asked, numerous calls later with all our questions answered clearly and patiently we are now proud Hot tub owners. The installation was quick and pain-free with instructions given clearly and foolproof, we couldn't be happier with the whole service provided and just wish we had done this 10 years ago.
