Excellent service from these guys. Nothing is ever too much bother and they do a great job. I was no sooner off the phone when they arrived at my door.

I never leave reviews but I felt I had to on this occasion. The service provided by the Hotworx Team was exceptional. They made getting the work done stress free with nothing being a problem. The job was done to a very high standard. They cleared the loft of all old tanks and pipes and the area where the previous boiler was also cleared so it is now a useable area. Excellent job. Would highly recommend this company.

Really quick and efficient service from start to finish, from initial quote to completion of the job. No messing about, they arrived, covered carpets, and got on with the job, answered any questions we had. ‘Minor’ cosmetic issue which was rectified within a couple of hours (out of hours) which we thought was exceptional service! Would highly recommend them.

This is my second review regarding the company Hotworx, I have never known service quite like it, such a pleasure to deal with them. We had a boiler installed in September 2021 and could not recommend them highly enough at the timeous, competitively priced and expert job they carried out which I have previously at that time written a review for.

I have since had to call on them three times with separate issues and the first time the chap was out early the very next morning and sorted the issue, the second time they arrived that very afternoon and sorted the issue straight away. The third time was last night I emailed Eddie (Technical Director) just before I got into the shower and when I came out of the shower the van was there and Alan was attending to the issue (which took seconds to explain and we felt rather stupid but Alan still had a smile on his face that he had addressed our concern), absolutely fantastic service which to reiterate is outstanding.

Also, from my last review young John attended at one of the visits and I found out that he had successfully passed all his exams and became fully qualified in his field (well done John).

Thanks to the team of guys who make this company as good as it is.

Called Hotworx this morning after we had no heating and hot water, gave Kevin the fault code off screen and he told us exactly what the problem was and how we could fix it as it was due to the weather, got it up and running in no time and no need for Kevin to visit, excellent service as always, nothing is a problem, thanks Hotworx 😊

Combi boiler developed fault. Hotworx contacted for repair. Heating Engineer, Gary, attended to problem and advised of fault.His technical expertise was excellent, would not hesitate to call him again.

I have used this company for several years and they are always very quick to respond and resolve problems and give peace of mind especially to older customers. Hot Worx literally came to my rescue. I had a cover in place with GasSure. However, when my boiler broke down GasSure glaring incompetence was laid bare and my family was left with no heating or hot water for over a week. One call to Hot Worx was that was needed. The Hot Worx team took control and in one single day safely decommissioned the entire failing system, delivered and fitted a new boiler and within hours restored comfort in my entire home.

The guys arrived bang on 830am.Put dust sheets round whole house then we left them to it.Returned 230pm on completion and honestly you would never have known they had been in apart from seeing the new stuff.Explained everything and not one bit of mess left!Absolutely delighted with the work and price!Would definetely recommend them !!

My 15 year old boiler decided to die just as it was getting colder so I shopped around for a new boiler. Hotworx provided a great quote and a very speedy service.
Fitters attended at the time stated on the quote and got straight to work. The guys were extremely polite and friendly and worked away without any hassles.
When the new boiler was fitted they provided a thorough explanation of how it all worked and even programmed the timer for me.
Can't thank you guys enough and would happily recommend your company. Well done 😁

I don’t often take the time to give reviews however I’m making an exception for this company. My boiler gave up leaving me with no heating or hot water. After googling I got a call from Eddie who said he’d send someone to look at the boiler and give me an estimate. The engineer “Kevin” was there at 8.45 the next morning as promised. The job was priced very competitively. I decided to go with my gut and I’m so happy I did. The guys turned up before their time and worked all day to fit the new boiler. I had a leak in a radiator pipe ( nothing to do with them) which caused a problem.They came back the next day and fixed it free of charge. The new boiler is great. They took time to show me how to work the new controller and tidied up at the end. I was kept informed throughout the job, emails and phone calls were returned almost immediately. I can honestly say I’ve had great service from a super bunch of guys who were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Extremely impressed with Hot Worx. Honest and knowledgable in preparing quote. Fairly priced. Quick and efficient in arranging to complete work. Full boiler reinstall, addition of hot water tank, new radiators, hive installation. Multiple vans and guys arrived and entire job completed in a day. After 11 years of barely warm water, 11 years of looking for the right person to understand the problems we had, we got there thanks to Hot Worx and we would use again!!
