This company is not trustworthy

This company is not trustworthy. I ordered a basin tap but it is not the correct size and have been trying to return it since the day it arrived. They do not respond to emails. They answer my calls but never follow up with the return information as promised via email. I have spoken to them a lot of times and they always make the same suggestion but they do not deliver. There are no return details on the website. I cannot get them to discuss a refund. Do not trust this company, do not order from them.
