Spoke with Duncan about how the process works. He was incredibly helpful about how their process works. Although it turned out not to be what we need right now we were very happy with their professionalism and they were not pushy and accepted this without any pushback.

Great Company to deal with. I did have reservations at first as I wasn’t convinced it was the way to go but the agent has talked me through every aspect with assurances at every stage so far. We’re not there yet but will definitely continue until we are ready to sell up and move. Whilst I am working with one specific agent, I have spoken to at least two others and will advise that they are extremely friendly and professional.

We had had a long drawn out experience with another company who just kept putting their offer down. We changed over to HBF who were always sympathetic and helpful to us. They pulled out all the stops to get the house completion done by the promised day. I would highly recommend HBF.
