I can see via your online account, you booked a regular weekly service via our website. This means that the same cleaner would arrive to your chosen address each week on the same day and time. All payments are taken 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking as we give all our customers the opportunity to make changes or re-schedule their booking up to this time. Unfortunately, as, the booking wasn’t cancelled via your online account and we didn’t receive any other correspondence from yourself, the payment was charged and the booking was assigned as scheduled.
We would advise going forward, if you would only want a one-off booking please choose the one-off service we offer on our website's booking form. This would ensure that you wouldn’t be charged or scheduled for any following bookings.
We take standards very seriously for each service we provide, that’s why all of our staff members have to go through vigorous training before they are able to work with us. Nonetheless, our cleaners do make mistakes from time to time and we are happy to fix these mistakes. That’s why we give all our clients 24 hours from the time in which their booking is complete to submit complaints via email.
Unfortunately, in this instance, due to the delay in communicating your complaint, we are unable to resolve your query. Nonetheless, we have taken your feedback on board to help us improve our service in the future, and to ensure that other customers don't have a similar experience.

Best experience I have ever had
The cleaner arrived 15 mins early and she was very polite and helpful. She even fed the dog and cleaned the dog shed. I called up to request a last minute carpet cleaning service and they we are able to fit me in for the same day. The person on the phone was very warm and welcoming as well !!

They didn’t even pay me for the work I have done. They have caused me a lot of distress from working with this company.
I was really ill during a client tried powering through and actually threw up on my way home, however I was told I should of stayed. I would have been sick in this lady’s house.
I have sent nearly 20 emails to your company. No reply.

My clean and carpet cleaning was…cancelled an hour before time!
My clean and carpet cleaning was cancelled an hour before they were due out after booking over 3 weeks ago. Got cancellations notice via email no phone or no rescheduling and was told it’s due to Covid. I do not know if but cleaner and carpet cleaner got Covid but was not properly handled. I called and email but no response. Worried about getting my money back as I have not been able to speak to anyone since. Very unprofessional! I wish I had gone with another company instead.
Update- great that they come on trust pilot to respond but I have still not had any response to my emails sent over 5 days ago.

I booked for the first time as a one off and couldn't be happier. Vani and Janvi were working and sent to the booking at HA3. Really lovely hard working girls who delivered a great quality of work and were pleasant from start to finish. Credit to the company. Amazing service!! Would recommend this company each and every time
Amazing service! We've had such bad experiences of cleaners in the past but this company worked very fast and very efficient. Always kept to a professional standard and the house was left spotless. Will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and will use them in the future. They have made our day that much easier. The carpets look brand new and every area was cleaned to perfection.
This company pays great attention to detail as even the dust on our intercoms were cleaned and looked brand-new!
