Worst service ever faulty goods! Collection arrangement no details had to call A.P.C. overnight to find out if collection had been arranged. Seriously stay away. Don’t know if my refund will be done. No email or anything from courier and cosy to say collection is confirmed

Great online shop for furniture. Ordered a 8-seater dining table that was supposed to ship in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks of no communication sent them an email. What wasn’t clear on the website is that Highland delivery can take up to two weeks extra. But all well once delivered. Great quality!

Poor quality, don’t publish reviews on the website unless they’re positive as mentioned by other reviews and customer services don’t respond when poor quality is flagged. Save your money and use a more reputable company

The wrong size cabinet was delivered and it took far too long to get the right one delivered and the wrong one taken away

Delivery came really quickly! Most furniture at the moment seems to take weeks if not months to get but this came within a few days! The table was a really great price and as shown in the pictures.

Relatively easy construction minus the doors, poor alignment and spacing no matter how much they have been altered. One of the opening units for the doors was broken and therefore temperamental. Delay in receipt

Fantastic service from start to delivery.

There was good communication throughout the delivery, and the product was of good quality, but the instructions to put it together weren't very clear and didn't accurately represent the pieces of the furniture. It took a while to build and we had to take things apart and put them back together a few times.

I’ve had a great experience with the Housecosy team. I ordered a bookshelf in late August but didn’t move into my new house until December. By then, I discovered the bookshelf was defective and required a replacement shelf. After emailing the team over the holidays they were quick and friendly in arranging a new part with their supplier. Many thanks to the customer service team!

The service of the actually selling company “Housecosy” was great. Dispatch time was quick. However, the delivery company used was abysmal. They failed delivery twice and then blamed it on me. It took weeks to get the delivery made with a lot of chasing involved.
The chairs themselves look great and are comfortable to sit on even without a cushion. I would recommend. The only issue is that one of them broke after only a few uses. The seat part became detached from the legs and I have had to fix this myself. Maybe I should have returned them but I just couldn’t deal with that courier again. The other 3 chairs are fine.

I Ordered Dining table on 24th of November, and the mentioned date was 4 weeks of dispatch.
On the due date, they claimed that the stock is due between the Christmas and the new year, and the dispatch will be after the new year due to the strikes.
Nevertheless, I didnt hear from them after the new year, and when I reached out to them again, they said that the item is out of stock and they do not have any estimate on the dispatch date. And this is almost after 2 months of my order.

I got my refund, but that is after wasting my time in waiting and all the follow ups

Delivery took a while but the item is good quality, not the most sturdy but does the job.
