Very happy to provide review as a customer who had a very positive experience with House Designer. Alysia designed an open plan living-room and kitchen for me; she was extremely patient, very quick to respond, and happy to provide alternatives until she found me items that I really liked. I highly recommend and would use again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! It's a complete scam! I went for the ultimate design package for £500 to design my master bedroom, which turns out to be a pure loss to me in terms of money and time. See my full story below:
1. You get 1 revision from the designer once a day. Normally, both sides won't spend more than 3 weeks on the project. Instead of proclaimed unlimited revisions, you actually only get 15 revisions maximum in reality.
2. Re the actual design service, it is poorer than yourself and worth a penny. Alysia, my designer (not sure how many real designers are in this company), either copy paste from the pinterest picture I shared or used my sample google search items (I sent the search screenshot as an example and she used the results directly, no thought effort has been put). When I request a simple colour change from dark colour to beige on the current moodboard, Alysia asked me to pay extra as she said it is a new design! The 2D visualisation only contains the bed angle, but not other parts of the room. Towards the end of the design phase, Alysia asked me to confirm the design and items without showing me the visualization first. Then she subsequently realized that the dimensions of her design don't fit in. In addition, her design completely ignore my wardrobe, not budgeting the wardrobe in and nor providing the suggestion on it and argued that wardrobe is not included in my design. What kind of interior designers will make all those mistakes? !
Those poor design service stories are endless.

3. regarding to the advertised discount with the retailer, the only value I hope to get after the worst design service, you DON'T GET THIS either. They kept dodging my request of getting the discount to shop myself, saying I have to purchase through their trade account. However, they simply ignore my request to do the shopping myself.

Now 4 weeks have past and I have gained nothing. No 3D visual, no 2D visual, no wardrobe in my room, only the wasted money. I highly doubt if all the past reviews are authentic. That's what appealed to me at first, but it turned out to be a scam! The more money you spent with them, the more loss you'd incur!

Had a great experience with Samantha. She listened to our requests and styles but explained why some of our ideas (such a corner sofa) just didn’t work in the room we had. We were also able to use her discount to get money off some of her furniture which was a great win! Would recommend

We ordered an interior design package with 3D visuals/walkthrough for our new home. We spoke to Samantha regularly throughout the process either by video call, or via e-mail.

Samantha was very attentive to tweaking her proposals to suit our style. The finished visuals/video are really exceptional! It should also be noted it's incredible how connected Samantha is, responding quickly to e-mails at various times of the day.

I'd highly recommend House Designer to others. Samantha's plan has given us a great indication of how to style our new home :)

House Designer are great! Samantha was very helpful and professional. I will be using HD in due course for various other projects.

House designer did a great job this year with not only designing our new flat to fit our taste (even though we were indecisive and didn't know what we were looking for) we but also helping us order with different suppliers and follow ups when there were issues with deliveries.

House designer definitely doesn't just do your design and leave you on your own but supports you throughout the entire process.

I am overall very pleased - Samantha is definitely the best. She was very patient with the design iterations to fit our needs showing continuous commitment, rigour and taste while advising and assisting us up to delivery of the design. She was also always responsive and eager to help. Thank you for everything you have done for us this year. You definitely made our life easier.

House designer clearly pride themselves in going above and beyond the call of duty. I was in a dilema while planning my kitchen but after using their live chat service out of hours I might add, I felt totally assured that their advice was the best for my project as unbeknown to them it confirmed what the builder had suggested! I wish i'd contacted them earlier in my project but I wont hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family !

They also worked with me to create the design, helped source and buy certain pieces. The team are highly professional and definitely the best in the industry i will recommend

One word. IMPRESSED! The team was very professional and insightful. I got the ultimate package and I was not disappointed. I felt catered to every step of the way and I was very happy with the results. The online service was also very helpful during the covid period. Would definitely recommend this company for all your design needs.

Such a great experience. I’m a total newbie to all things design but the team was able to really nail down my personality in the new room design. I started with one room but now that room stands out so much I’ll have to do the rest of the house.

Having struggled to decorate my apartment. I had to seek professional help. House Designer were amazing. I opted for the full service interior design (on-site)
Since I was living abroad, they managed the whole project from start to finish. It was stress free and the team did a great job.

We had a fantastic experience working with the team - not only did they have great ideas, but they were very responsive and quick to come back to us at all times. They were good at adapting to our taste and providing multiple alternatives if there was anything we didn't love. We would definitely use them again.

House Designer provided a great service from start to finish. They guided me through the process with professionalism and expertise and achieved a great outcome!!

I have used house designer twice now since the lock down. First was for my living room and next was my sons bedroom. Both tomes I have never been so happy with the service, from the initial consultation to guiding me through my redecoration was very professional and straight forward. My Interior designer was patient and worked very well with my budget. I will use them again for my bedroom soon.
