Scammers. Took money, did not deliever suit. When I made contact via whatsapp to chase it up, I was blocked without a response or refund.

My daughter ordered a outfit in May 2023 for £100, we have tried several times to contact them and the number has discontinued and the website disappeared for a while and no reply from them, but just today she noticed transactions on her online banking app made in Manchester coincidentally of £500, we have reported them but it’s weird the only company she gave her card details too was House of Aqsa for the purchase of that outfit. Please do not buy anything from them.

Please do not order from these. They are scammers. Will take your money, ignore all messages and not send you your items, I have chased them for weeks.

Scammers! They take your money, no suit arrives and they never respond to any messages via email/WhatsApp/Instagram.

I ordered an outfit 2 months ago and still not received it!!! Contacted them at first they said its on its way but nothing. Contacted them 4 times since then and they wont answer!! SCAM!! DO NOT USE!! They wont take notice of these reviews but this is just to warn others. Any good reviews on here they put up themselves!

A few months prior to making my order with them I contacted them via Whatsapp. The customer service was very helpful and accommodating.

This all changed once I made my order. They sent me an email asking for a bank transfer in order to process the order. I did this and never heard anything back from them. I contacted them via Whatsapp and this time there was no response.
Tried calling them and each time my call was declined. I have still not received my order. I will be reporting them and contacting my bank.

Please do not waste your money on this company they are sadly fake.

I always buy from them & never had any problems.The outfits were perfectly stitched.

This is a fraud company. They take the order but never send the items. The emails and numbers provided are invalid and false and there is no way to contact customer service. Please do not buy at any cost

They don't have the clothes in stock. They take payment and do not send out the clothes. Their email addresses are invalid, do not reply to Facebook, WhatsApp or Instagram messages. Decline WhatsApp calls. I have no other option but to report them as a fraudulent company

Absolute joke of a sham company. Will take your money but not provide the order. Ordered an outfit and was told delivery would take 10-15 days. No outfit. No way of contacting them despite claiming they are available for support via WhatsApp 24/7. Every number affiliated to them wouldn’t go through. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GUYS!!!

I found an outfit that I liked on this website and as I am aware of a lot of fakes/ replicas online advertising as genuine, I made a point of contacting the company prior to ordering to confirm that all outfits were genuine. I received quick response saying they were so went ahead and ordered. Delivery was around 1 week.

When I received the dress it was nothing like the pictures, the splits were up the sides rather than the front as shown and the sleeves which were meant to be full length would be too short even for a dwarf, they came just below my elbows and my arms aren’t long at all. I took the dress to an authorised retailer of the designer here in the UK and they confirmed it to be a fake so they will also be contacting them and reporting this incident

No response at all from the company, completely ignored my messages after ordering. Luckily I had ordered through Klarna who opened an investigation and after no response from the seller issued me with a full refund of all costs paid, so thankfully I am not out of pocket. I will however be reporting to trading standards for selling fake items.

I bought a wedding dress from this company and the quality is amazing and the colors are simply gorgeous. My husband's eyes sparkled when he saw me wearing it.

Beautiful outfits and designs. Price is generally competitive though not always the best deal around. Still, it’s hard to complain considering the fantastic clothing options.

I ordered a Sana Safinaz dress which I had found (and ordered) on a similar but much better and reputable company but unfortunately I needed a smaller size. I adored the dress so I searched online and found it available on House of Aqsa. Should have been delivered with 2 weeks. After 3 weeks and no sign of the dress I contacted them via Instagram (phones don’t work) and was promptly told “if God wills it will be delivered soon” with no update of delivery date. It’s only when I berated them that I was finally informed my order had been dispatched. It finally arrived and somehow they had made the trousers so appalling that it looked like so cheap and like from a market stal, completely unlike the trousers for the same suit on the other website.
I regret getting involved with this unprofessional company and will avoid spending my hard earned cash on them in the future. I think the urge you to do is the same and try Janan etc.
