Customer service is great! The product is great! After drinking the copper water I really started sleeping better and longer, before needing to go to the restroom. And my dry skin is softer already. I’ve only had my bottle a few days but I’m so excited about immediate results!

Excellent Service, unmatched quality

The wait was long, but the product is beautiful! I was kept informed most of the time during the production process. I have had the product for a couple of weeks now and I can attest to the quality. The health benefits will take a little more time as with all things natural, instant results do not occur.

Excellent quality

It is a beautiful bottle. It can hold at least 22oz of water. I feel better knowing I'm drinking pure water . There is no tinny taste at all.

The products that I ordered are beautiful. Very good quality as well. They also remind me to drink water first thing in the morning.

Im just going leave my reviews of my experience.

Service was fast and efficient, it arrived in excellent condition , I've not noticed a difference yet but I've only had it 2 days but it's already in my routine.

I am still adjusting to the routine of filling it the night before, then drinking a full bottle the next morning. I was always accustomed to cold water in my morning routine and with my copper bottle, I am now adjusting to room temperature water.
Otherwise, I am happy with the purchase.

I have received no email from you to the other address! I do not know what to suggest. As I have stated in my numerous emails, the 2nd order was never delivered to me so can you please arrange a refund for the item.

I have emailed you an alternate email. Although I can see no reason why your responses would not be getting through to the email I used in the order as the order confirmation and order updates all came through with no issue. Anyway I look forward to finally receiving a response from you.

Appalling customer service. I have reached out 4 times to inform House of Ayurveda that one of the items I ordered never arrived. I have never once had a response from them and with nothing else it seems I can do other than leave this poor review of them!

I ordered a copper water bottle and two copper cups and they charged my card immediately and I was promised the items by September 12th 2026, I have yet to receive them. I email and they say they are checking into it and my items should arrive soon. 20th September 2026 and still no items.

NO products received.
UPS tracking says no information payment not received from company for the goods.
Awaiting response from company but fearing the worst - a scam.

I received regular emails about the artisan who was creating my bottle. Every correspondence was personalized and authentic. This is a company that really wants you to understand what you are getting, how to best use it and is very interested in your experience. Very impressive all around.

Ordering was very east however the shipping did take a little longer than expected, although I am in Canada. Our bottles are amazing with incredible craftsmanship. I look forward to order again in the future.
