I love your stuff I have had so many…
I love your stuff I have had so many great items from you but I needed this order to be like every other one and arrive as it says on the dispatch email. Sadly 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my parcel which includes a dress I need this weekend. Can’t get hold of any one on the help desk.
I did give one star but then felt mean.

I absolutely LOVE this company...Was dubious at first as I saw it on Facebook. But bit the bullet. The quality of the garments are absolutely amazing. I have had 3 deliveries in 9week and am off to get my 4th order in. The sizes are brilliant... Some you can get a size smaller some garments maybe a size bigger. There is a handy size chart which you can compare your size to thiers. If you haven't bought from here..WHY NOT. 🤣🤣. They are brilliant xxx

Really nice dresses
I ordered 5 dresses. All very nice but not all to my fit or taste. I have sent back 3 of them. Good procedure for returning goods and I am happy with the dresses I kept. Only not so nice thing was delivery. It came 2 days after the promised date but that is due to Covid so I can't blame them.

Very good quality
Quality of garments is very good, sizing is very good, fit is very good. Just the one star missing for slow delivery. I know we are all spoiled with next (or even same) day delivery. But still :)

Great clothes and delivery but returns is not good
Love the clothes and fast delivery but wanted to return one item and still waiting for courier to pick it up which said it would be ok 8th July so not the best return service and no email reply from the company when
I emailed to ask when it will be picked up.
UPDATE: thank you for the reply … I replied to that email with the full address and still no reply or pick up still so I don’t believe this is the issue. If the parcels got to me first day with the address I provided I can’t see the address being an issue and needing to be verified. That doesn’t make sense to me. This has definitely tainted my experience and I don’t think I will shop with you again for this reason as the dresses are not cheap and to be left with a dress I don’t want is not acceptable.
Update: dress was collected and funds have been refunded to me.
