Placed order wrong color would like to exchange no response from company in over a week no paper work for exchange or order info in package . I am out of the money .

I responded to the house of brands "nifty" hair and beard razor advert. I have to say the razor shown and sold in the advert/film is not much like the the unit I received the differences being, what they sell you is a unit self contained with built in charger within the handle and a usb charge point in the base and what I received was a razor unit with nothing inbuilt, a separate flimsy charger with a loose battery that has no + or - to aid charging. I received a thin built version of the movie version. The razor works but is no better than any other cheap razor. I then after testing the razor complained to the company who in the first instance ignored me until I complained a few days later they then told me I opened the package and so the item is ineligible for a refund I also used the item and so was also ineligible and the date upon which I received it in the post was the last day I could return it. I then tried to stop payment on the item through my bank and received a refund in full. Today I received a letter from my bank saying in short house of brands refuses to refund the bank and in the written statement have lied to the bank. In my opinion this company is run by some kind of lowlife thinking who are happy to keep digging the hole they are in, they are never wrong in what they do and can't admit that they are scam artists at least in this instance. My experience with this seller puts me right off buying anything on the internet ever again

I ordered a pair of slip on sandals, I received a pair entirely different from the one I ordered! The strap across is elastic and so loose that they can’t be worn and when I contacted them to return them for the pair I ordered, they said there’s no return or exchanges! The sandals are cheap plastic and not worth keeping, it’s garbage! Don’t order from this company, China, you never know what you’ll get and they don’t stick to their return policy!!! Very disappointed !

Watch out for this company!!! The do not offer refunds on sale items. However, everything on the website is on sale, so they can can sell inferior products and you have no recourse. Avoid at all costs unless you like keeping items that don't fit, or the style is wrong. You will own it!

I ordered a bra from them. It arrived decently quickly. However, when it arrived to call it a bra would be a HUGE stretch. It was some strips of fabric loosely stuck together to resemble a bra shape. It had no support, no structure and no support. I've emailed the company in an effort to get a refund, but after almost a week I have failed to hear from them yet. Very unhappy!

No one will return my emails. My order never came. Horrible customer service.
