Terrible costumer service. If I could give zero stars I would. The dresses is definitely not worth it! The sizing is completely off and there return policy is shit and the dress ended up costing me alot even though it was returned to Spain, yes Spain even though it was send from London. What a shitshow to only get some of the money back.

Terrible company. Claiming my returned item was in the sale section and therefore, I’m not entitled to my money back besides on a gift card. They claimed to have sent the gift card (not received), I’ve only been sent 10% voucher!
Worst of all, my item was NOT in sale. I paid full price so I have no idea why they are lying when I have evidence and screenshots of what I paid & price of the item.
Your customer service is terrible, and making people stress over their entitled refunds which is a LOT of money is awful and embarrassing.

Had a poor experience with customer service. Their website is misleading and added on a 40 dollar gst fee last minute right before u pay. Not mentioned anywhere on the dress description or when you review your order. I didn't notice until I checked my visa after i received the confirmation email. When they got back to me about it after I queried it I asked to cancel my order(within the day of ordering) and they refused. Disappointed in their misleading website and polices.

Sizes are absolutely tiny. Would recommend going up 2 sizes if you're going to buy from this brand but ultimately I don't think the quality is worth the price. For how much you pay for the dresses they also don't offer free returns. Not impressed

Love! Amazing dresses always! Love the packaging. Ladies do not hesitate to buy from here, you will not be disappointed! Amazing quality & so figure flattering. Always get compliments wearing House of CB. I wish there was a store I could try it all on instead of online ordering that's all. Claire

Bought a dress after one wear the stitching started to come undone which is such poor quality for such an expensive dress - email customer service regarding this and they were not helpful at all!

I bought a dress from House of CB last week. It arrived on time and looks perfect! Would definitely recommend!

Do not shop online,the items on sale , as they will not refund you !!! You’ll have to pay the postage signed service, and you’ll be told ,that you only can be refunded on a gift card , literally they force you to buy again only from them , even if you do not want that . You’ll have to email them like a crazy , otherwise no one will get in touch , even like that , after they received the items, they will not refund you , not even on that “ gift card “ ! This company is just taking advantage on people’s money .
Indeed the dresses are beautiful, but the customer service is awful, same for their policy. Someone should investigate them, as they can’t fool customers so bad . Refund people like it should be !!!
Shame on you, House of CB ! Keep in mind , that some people working really hard , to afford buying something, and you coming up , with some items are not refundable??? Is this some kind of joke ??? You should change your tactics !!!

Their clothes are a little pricey but they are really great quality. Their packaging is amazing as well. They ship really fast. I usually wait until things go on sale to purchase. I haven't been disappointed with anything I have ordered from them! Love house of CB
