i did not receive any communication

i did not receive any communication, just a refund of the money when it was not delivered.

Helen, I did send you a email about to your product you ordered. Looks like you didn’t receive it. I was having trouble contacting the supplier. Since then We no longer carry Defibtech products as due to no response from them.

Again I am truly sorry for any inconvenience.

I ordered fabric bandaids - Standard strip x100 (2 of) and received plastic instead.
